Their plan is to destroy Trump by bankrupting him, and tying him up in legal hell for years. Plus threatening any attorney who agrees to work for him.

It's my understanding from listening to Robert Gouveia's reading of live chat from the court proceeding and from commentary from Kash Patel that the jury rejected allegations relating to sexual abuse or sexual assault and returned a finding a liability for simple battery (although evidence for this lower allegation was a sorely lacking as for the rape allegation). I don't know that there's a reason to carry the water for the jury members or for the judge who may misconstrue, after the fact, what the actual jury finding was.

You're correct, Walter, the jury found sexual abuse (i.e., battery or unwanted touching/groping), not sexual assault, as originally alleged. So a small victory for Trump, but very small, and the trial was very unfair because of a hostile, arrogant judge. My podcast tomorrow will go into the judge's bias in detail. Appreciate the feedback!

Agreed 99%. The slippery slopes many of us hoped to highlight have become conveyor belts of Marxism.

My only quibble is the idea of citizens electing judges. While in theory this is a good idea, in practice those elected are usually those with the biggest PAC funding, and it usually isn't from the conservative side. In a recent election five judges were on the ballot. Four out of the five were died in the wool progressive ideologues. Many people tried to educate the voters in my area (which is still 60/40 conservative), and yet all five were elected with large majorities. Few pay enough attention to high profile candidates, almost no one pays attention to judicial elections.

Very fair point, except elections are the only check we have on what the Federalist Papers promised would be the "least dangerous branch" of government but what has become an engine of leftist tyranny. Reminds me of Churchill's line that democracy is the worst form of government except for all the others.

4 And seeing the people in a state of such awful wickedness, and those Gadianton robbers filling the judgment-seats—having usurped the power and authority of the land; laying aside the commandments of God, and not in the least aright before him; doing no justice unto the children of men;

5 Condemning the righteous because of their righteousness; letting the guilty and the wicked go unpunished because of their money; and moreover to be held in office at the head of government, to rule and do according to their wills, that they might get gain and glory of the world, and, moreover, that they might the more easily commit adultery, and steal, and kill, and do according to their own wills—
